In-House Newsletter Designers
Our in-house team coordinates newsletter templates, each issue's layout, review cycles and delivery.
A newsletter is not a one-off project. It goes out weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and every time it lands, it either reinforces your brand or quietly undermines it. Whether you publish in print, by email, or both, our newsletter design services are built around the reality of regular publishing, consistent output, on time, to a standard that holds across every issue.

The first edition is given the time and attention it deserves. As production schedules tighten, design quality begins to suffer. Teams rely on previous files, quick edits, and last-minute fixes to meet deadlines. The publication is delivered, but the brand experience becomes inconsistent with every edition.
The problem is that newsletter production rarely has a proper system behind it. We build that system. Your layout, your typography, your content structure, and your brand rules are documented and locked in from the first issue. Every edition that follows is produced against that standard.
Our in-house team coordinates newsletter templates, each issue's layout, review cycles and delivery.
We create clear layouts for recurring issues, balancing headlines, stories, graphics and brand consistency.
Internal announcements, subscriber-facing drafts and planned editorial content are handled within the agreed workflow.
Issue length, template needs, revision rounds, publishing schedules and fees are confirmed before work begins.
We work with marketing teams, communications departments, publishers, associations, and brands that send newsletters regularly — in print, by email, or across both. The format differs. The production discipline is the same.

We establish what the newsletter needs to do, who it goes to, and how it will be delivered. Print, email, or both are confirmed at this stage along with the publishing frequency and delivery timeline.
For new newsletters, we build the layout system and visual direction before any issue goes into production. For existing newsletters, we review what you currently have and agree on what stays, what changes, and what gets documented properly.
Each issue is produced against the approved layout system. Copy, images, headers, and supporting elements are placed, checked for consistency, and prepared for your review.
You review the full issue and provide feedback in one consolidated round. Revisions are completed within the agreed scope.
Print newsletters go out as press ready PDFs built to your printer specifications. Email newsletters are delivered as tested, platform ready files. Source files are transferred on completion.
Selected client work can be added here after project names, images and outcomes are approved.

Newsletter design services cover the layout, typography, image placement, and file preparation for a newsletter - whether it goes out in print or by email. At Intelliworkz, it also includes building the template system and production process that makes every issue after the first one faster and more consistent.
Print newsletters are built to press specifications: correct bleed, colour profiles, and resolution for the press. Email newsletters are designed and tested as platform ready templates that render correctly across different email clients and screen sizes.
Both. We can build the template and hand it over for your team to manage, or handle the full production of every issue - design, content integration, review, and delivery - on your publishing schedule.
The first issue takes the longest because the layout system is being established. Once that is approved, each subsequent issue is produced faster and to a consistent standard. A timeline is agreed before work begins so your publishing schedule is not affected.
Yes. We handle both formats as part of one engagement. Print and email templates are developed separately so each is built correctly for its delivery format, but the visual identity and brand standards run consistently across both.
Yes. We design within your existing guidelines. If those guidelines do not include newsletter specific layout rules, we build that out as part of the first issue and document it so every edition that follows has a clear production reference.
